• Payment confirmation data from PayPal (we do not store your card or PayPal login details)

How we use it

We use this data to respond to enquiries, process organisation registrations and credit purchases, keep the site secure, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary data with PayPal to process payments, and with the Academi(ScholarBridgeCIC) to validate organisations and issue credit codes. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep contact and transaction records for as long as necessary for accounting, legal and support purposes. Visitor analytics data is retained for a limited period and may be anonymised or purged periodically.
